Aloha Cajun Shrimp Scampi Recipe​

Ingredients:

​

    1 pound of large shrimp peeled and deveined
    1 pound of linguine or spaghetti

    2 tablespoons of olive oil

    4 garlic cloves, minced
    ¼ cup of lemon juice
    ¼ cup of dry white wine
    ½ cup of chicken broth
    1 teaspoon Aloha Cajun Rub
    ½ teaspoon of sea salt
    ½ teaspoon of black pepper
    2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley

Directions:

Bring a large pot of salted water to boil.  Add the pasta and cook for 7 to 10 minutes, or according to the directions on the package.

​

Meanwhile toss the shrimp in a medium bowl with the Aloha Cajun Rub, salt, and black pepper.

               

Place the olive oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and spread them evenly in the skillet. Cook for 1 minute. 

​

Add the garlic to the pan and cook for 1 more minute before turning the shrimp. 

​

Add the white wine, chicken broth, and lemon juice to the pan and cook for 3 minutes, stirring often. 

​

Add the parsley and stir to combine.  Serve and enjoy.
