THE TRAINER
My name is Ian Lewis and I am the MacroFit trainer! Ever since I was 9 years old, I have enjoyed lifting weights. I didn't realize my potential, though, until I was approached by a professional powerlifter by the name of Keven "Da Hulk" Washington. He told me that I could do amazing things in the industry if I just put my mind into it. After working with Hulk for a few months, I stepped on stage at the Dallas Europa to compete in men's physique. The Europa is one of the largest fitness shows in the nation. Being my first time to step on stage, I was extremely nervous. Everybody back stage looked like a cut out from a fitness magazine! At finals, I found out that I had placed third out of almost fifty other competitors in my class. After that, I knew I had to share my passion with others. I got certified through NASM to become a personal trainer and a great tool at helping people shape their bodies and lives through fitness.

THE MEAL PLANNER
My name is Megan Dougherty and I am the MacroFit meal planner! I grew up with 2 bodybuilder parents and quickly grew to love training and nutrition. I competed in my first NPC bikini competition in July 2014 and loved it. Shortly after, I met the best trainer, Ian Lewis, and fell in love at first lift lol! Even though I love to train, nutrition is where my heart is. After many trial and error "diets", I found the one I love, flexible dieting aka "Macros". Macros are the amount of carbs, fats and protein in food. No food is bad and nothing is off limits, in moderation. Nobody wants to starve or eat chicken and broccli all day. If want to be able to go out to eat with your family, with Macros you can! I love this lifestyle and can't wait to share it with you.
