*2x arm routines this week
          What I'll do: schedule two arm days into your workout schedule for the week.
 
*Can you focus on my legs more this week?
          What I'll do: schedule leg days that will give you more focused results. 
                              i.e. One leg day with a Quad focus and 1 day with a Glute focus.
 
*I won't be able to make it to the gym on Tuesday, can you schedule a workout for me to do at home?
          What I'll do: Draw up a workout based on the equipment/other things you have lying around at home.
 
*I injured my back last week at work. Help!
          What I'll do: Design your program around your injury and include exercises and stretches to help you recover.
 
There are numerous possibilities for special requests. Those listed are simply examples of special requests. Your trainer reserves the right to acknowledge or decline your special request.
